A tiny puppy named Milo was wandering alone by the roadside when a compassionate family discovered him. The puppy, barely more than a baby, was found in a desolate area with no one around, and it was evident he needed immediate help.
The family brought Milo to Howl Of A Dog, a rescue organization, where he arrived hungry and unsure of how to behave like other dogs. The team suspected Milo had been abandoned, given his remote location far from any populated area, which made his survival even more miraculous.

As shared on their Facebook page, the rescue team remarked, “He was lucky to be rescued just in time, as it was becoming dark and he was walking along a busy road. With no city or town around, it seems likely he was left there.”
At barely 5-6 weeks old, Milo didn’t know how to use his bed or where to relieve himself. Separated from his mother too early, he needed lots of care and guidance. Fortunately, the Howl Of A Dog team provided the attention he needed and even administered his first vaccine, which he bravely took in stride.

In no time, Milo’s vibrant personality came to the forefront, and he charmed everyone at the shelter. The playful pup had a knack for performing and quickly became the shelter’s star, filled with endless energy and affection for those around him.
Milo’s favorite activities include playing with squeaky toys and even having fun with people’s shoelaces. He’s especially fond of his best friend, Cora, a much larger and older dog at the shelter. Despite their size difference, the two are inseparable and enjoy daily playtime together. Even when Milo gets a bit too enthusiastic, Cora patiently indulges her little friend.

Milo is still learning essential social skills and how to mind his manners as he grows. The team at Howl Of A Dog is hopeful that one day soon, Milo will find a loving forever home where he can continue to thrive and bring joy.
